About Me
Jenna Shelters, MS, OTR/L, is a board-certified and registered occupational therapist based in Rockaway, New Jersey, where she lives with her husband, son, and dog. A proud graduate of Seton Hall University, Jenna earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy with honors, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and clinical expertise.
Jenna began her career at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, where she supported adults recovering from critical illnesses and injuries. Her work focused on helping individuals reclaim independence and restore their daily function, an experience that laid a strong foundation for her holistic approach to care.
Driven by a lifelong passion for working with children, Jenna transitioned into pediatrics, where she truly found her calling. She has provided therapeutic support to infants through young adults across diverse settings, including homes, daycares, schools, and sensory gyms. Her hands-on experience and intuitive connection with children inform her playful, engaging, and evidence-based interventions.
As both a therapist and a mother, Jenna deeply understands the power of a family-centered approach. She believes that empowering families with knowledge and guidance is essential to a child’s success. Her practice emphasizes collaboration, celebration, and trust, creating an environment where every milestone, big or small, is recognized and cherished.
With warmth, professionalism, and a heart for advocacy, Jenna continues to inspire progress and joy in every child she works with; one Tiny Triumph at a time.
